This Privacy Policy explains how DJump (“we”, “our”, or “the extension”) handles user data. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

What Data We Collect
DJump does NOT collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data, web browsing history, or text selections. All operations performed by the extension are processed locally on your device.
How Data is Transmitted
- Search Functionality: When you select text and click “Search”, the text is sent directly to Google Search via a new browser tab. We do not intermediate or log this query.
- Translation Functionality: When you highlight text, the extension communicates with the official Google Translate API (
https://translate.googleapis.com/*) to fetch translations. The text selection is transmitted directly and securely to Google’s translation service. No data is sent to our servers.
- Clipboard Access: When you click “Copy”, the selected text is saved to your local system clipboard. This data is not stored or shared by the extension.
Data Storage
The extension stores no persistent data on your device or any remote servers.
Third-Party Services
This extension interacts with third-party services:
- Google Translate: Used for translations. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles translation queries.
- Google Search: Used for web queries.
