This Privacy Policy explains how Do then Plan handles information. Do then Plan is a personal productivity app for capturing inbox items, organizing projects and tasks, setting reminders, recording focus time, and reviewing progress.

Information you enter in the app

Do then Plan may store the information you choose to enter, including:

• Project, task, area, resource, archive, and inbox content.
• Notes, links, task status, priorities, dates, and reminder settings.
• Focus time records and progress statistics.
• Text or links that you intentionally send to Do then Plan through the iOS Share Sheet.

Where your data is stored

Your app data is stored locally on your device in the app's storage area. The app also uses an Apple App Group container so the main app and its iOS Share Extension can access the same local inbox data.

The current version of Do then Plan does not use a developer-operated server to upload, sync, analyze, or sell your personal productivity data.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Do then Plan uses Apple's local notification system to schedule task reminders on your device. Notification permission is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings.

Purchases and subscriptions

Do then Plan may offer Pro subscriptions. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and restore operations are handled by Apple App Store through StoreKit. Do then Plan checks subscription entitlement status through Apple-provided StoreKit APIs. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Do then Plan does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking in the current version.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal productivity content with third parties for advertising.
